When does the free account expire?
It doesn’t. There is no expiration date.
How do I set up a custom domain?
If you choose to add a custom domain with the second discount code above, we’ll help you get it set up. But, all you need to do is point a CNAME record to viphuddles.com. If you don’t know what that is, don’t worry, we’ll show you what to do.
Can I use a subdomain of my main website?
Yes. You can use a subdomain (i.e. meet.mydomain.com) or a top level domain (i.e. mydomain.com). Just be sure to check out using [discount_code append=”-d”].
How many people can I have in a meeting?
You can have up to 10 meeting participants, however, the platform is designed for small sales presentations, typically with 2 to 4 participants.
Can I use my own logo?
Absolutely! The logo colors will automatically create a pallete to help you customize your rooms.
How many meetings can I have?
You can have as many meetings as you want, however, the first 10,000 minutes are included at no extra charge. Minutes beyond 10,000 are billed at $0.004/min/person.
How long can my meetings be?
There is virtually no limit to your meeting length.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time totally on your own via your admin console.
Can I record my meetings?
Yes, meetings can be recorded. You’ll have 72 hours to download your meeting video file. Recordings are billed separately at $0.016/min.
